Incredible Edible Tomato 🦸‍♀️

ToMAte, KaMAtis, Pomodoro,  ToMaYto, ToMaHto. Here's our 1st take, of many many yummy-more! πŸ…  INCREDIBLE EDIBLE Ripe red, crisp, and juicy. Dress it up, salt-peppah, or'gano, rosemary, Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, T angy!  It chills in the fridge, you chill on the couch. Tick-tock easy-peasy. In a bit,  it's gobble-ready  πŸ… If you get a kick out of sour vinegar, this  ensalada  is something to try. πŸ…  Ingredients  3 ripe tomatoes rosemary vinegar olive oil πŸ… Steps slice the tomatoes to about 1/2 inch thick rounds. add a dash of salt and let it sit for a few minutes. drain the juice. Oh, to have studied  in a time, like my sister Ate J, when Spanish was required in Philippine colleges. Likely, the rigours of school would be compelling. Would I be fluent in this ~3rd language now? πŸ˜‰   But then again, why not?  It's never too late to learn something new. Off to a good start via this simple Filipino treat - Pastillas, also known as Pastillas de Leche .  You can 'speak' your cake and eat it too!  πŸ‘… πŸ‘…  Puede!
