πŸ₯¬ Pechay by golly wow!

Pechay or its other varieties, like Bok Choy, is delicious and nutritious. It's a great pair to any main protein in your meal. This quick boiled side dish is easy to prepare. πŸ₯¬ Tools small knife Pot deep enough to boil water and soak the pechay Strainer Tongs/ ladle Bowl πŸ₯¬ Ingredients Pack of pechay Boiling Water Salt Iced water πŸ₯¬ Steps Soak and wash thorougly. Slice off thinly the ends. Boil a pot of water, sprinkled with a pinch of salt . Once rapidly boiling, add in the pechay.  Boil for 4-5 minutes only. Strain , then ice bath . Strain. Transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with steaming hot garlic chili oil. Top with roasted garlic, sesame seeds, or chili. Nom nom nom!  one non-fuss body power up served! ⚡πŸ”‹

Cauli Flower Power ⚡❇️⚡

We tried this easy but perfect low-carb side dish. 1 head cauliflower florets, steamed and drained. A bit of melted butter. A bit of salt and pepper. Some chili flakes. Healthy and delish doesn't get any easier than this. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Most of all, the kids loved it too!!! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Flower power on! πŸ‘Š❇️πŸ‘Š❇️⚡

Expanding spinach beyond the adobo kangkong-esque taste, we tried it the Korean way. Sigeumchi-namul μ‹œκΈˆμΉ˜λ‚˜λ¬Ό -- the name of the dish is quite a mouthful to say in Korean to my untrained tongue. However, it really is a great mouthful to eat πŸ˜‰ My M, upon arriving home from school, went straight to the kitchen, and announced that she's going to skip lunch. But when she saw what's on the table, that plan was altogether cancelled.😜 This one is really easy, no need to turn the stove on, even. Ready a couple of ingredients only and it's good to go. πŸƒ Ingredients A pack or 2 spinach 1 garlic crushed, then minced 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsbp sesame seeds (toasted or not toasted) chili flakes (optional) nuts (optional) πŸƒ Steps Blanch the spinach leaves by soaking them in very hot (boiled) water in a bowl for a few minutes, until soft (about 5 minutes, maybe).
