Bread Chronicles: Raisin Bread

The Raisin Bread version 1. punch and knead with a smile! For next version, try these: * 1/2 cup less flour on the mixture, to use on the countertop instead (??? is this a good idea?) * top rack bottom heat. * line the entire baking pan with baking paper (bottom & sides) , and use aluminum baking pan for easier clean-up πŸ’‘ Inspired by: Savor Easy Raisin Bread

i heart u, cinnamon 🀎

Ants apparently hate cinnamon.🐜 CinnamOn???! Cmon, what's not to love? I am soooooo glad i'm not an ant. πŸ˜… Below are some snaps of this beautiful kitchen adventure...  πŸ₯ Tips: In SG heat, additional 1/4 to the original APF called for in the recipe, so that dough is not sticky. Flatten the dough some more, about 30 by 20 cm? Filling should not be runny, but PASTY. So, can make it ahead, but make sure its at room temperature, not melted.  it can be easily spread out, and will make the roll stick. Roll TIGHTLY, yes pls follow instruction!☝️ Middle rack, 150C, top heat? then 170C last 2 mins?  That was fun. Alright, round 2 next time!! Remember, progress, not perfection.πŸ™ πŸ’‘Inspired by:  Savor Easy's Cinnamon
