Slice remaining potatoes, at a generally consistent size. (But no need to sweat this out, just eyeball it). Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, and desired herbs. Toss & mix well. Transfer to airfryer container, or baking mat. Up to 2 layers should be ok. Big hearts, then, the small random slices: 10mins at 180°C Flip 8mins at 160°C. Check doneness: if it needs more bake time, the potatoes will still look more white than golden in some parts. Check doneness also with fork poke test. Once fully baked, move to serving dish.
