🥚 Tools & Ingredients
All you need are:
- Eggs
- Water
- Shallow pan with lid
- Steam cups / ramekins
- Preferred toppings- salt, pepper, chili flakes
🥚Steps
- On medium heat, pour water enough to cover the steam cups 1/3 of the way.
- Wait for the water to boil in the shallow pan.
- Crack each egg into the steam cups.
- Once the water is boiling, carefully place the steam cups into the pan.
- Cover with lid.
- Steam for 3 minutes for soft boiled runny eggs, or 6 minutes for well-cooked eggs.
- With a strainer ladle, remove the cups, and let cool for a wee bit.
- Serve as is in cups or without, either way its delish!
