- Knife & chopping board
- Cookie cutter
- Mixing bowl
- Tongs/ladle
🥔🍟 Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Grapeseed oil, or some other healthy but high-heat friendly oil
🥔🍟 Steps
- Cut out with cookie mould.
- Slice remaining potatoes, at a generally consistent size. (But no need to sweat this out, just eyeball it).
- Drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper, and desired herbs.
- Toss & mix well.
- Transfer to airfryer container, or baking mat. Up to 2 layers should be ok.
- Big hearts, then, the small random slices:
- 10mins at 180°C
- Flip
- 8mins at 160°C.
- Check doneness: if it needs more bake time, the potatoes will still look more white than golden in some parts.
- Check doneness also with fork poke test.
- Once fully baked, move to serving dish.
