Bread Chronicles: Raisin Bread

The Raisin Bread version 1.

punch and knead with a smile!

For next version, try these:

* 1/2 cup less flour on the mixture, to use on the countertop instead (??? is this a good idea?)

* top rack bottom heat.

* line the entire baking pan with baking paper (bottom & sides) , and use aluminum baking pan for easier clean-up
