The pancake adventure continues...🏞️. Wonderings and wandering; some wrong turns along the way is fine, they are lessons learned.  In search of the fluffiest but easiest one. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️ 👩🏼‍🍳 How doth one execute, what's the technique, from ferpectly to perfectly ?  Version1- nope .  it came out too dense. Hmm. Why?  I did a half portion for this take.🤔.  Did i overwhisk?  

Hmm, be-connnnn. BoLT.  BLasT. BriLlianT. Bacon Lettuce Tomato. Nothing beats a  classic . 🥓 Ingredients Bacon , 1 pack, cook til crispy as per package instruction. Lettuce leaves, washed and spin-dried. Tomatoes , sliced like flat moons 🌚, seeds removed. Boiled eggs (optional) Cheese singles (optional) Onion, sliced to thin rings (optional) Sauce (Mayo,  Ketchup, Mustard) Pickles (optional) Burger buns, or wraps, warmed, buttered, toasted, however you fancy. 🥓 Steps Prepare ingredients. Serve separately. Plate & stack as you like it, and discover surprising combos along the way! ! 🤤 

Yummy turon , airfried ! An easy Pinoy  merienda   swak  for   snack time, tea time, breakfast, anytime, really! 🫔 Tools Chopping board & knife Bowl or plate for sugar Baking tray Baking paper Kitchen towel Kitchen tongs (for flippin'). 🫔 Ingredients Fruit:  banana, peach, mango, pineapple, what-have-you  🍌🥭🍑🍍🍎 Brown sugar, 1 cup  cinnamon powder, 1tsp (optional) Lumpia wrapper (or dumpling wrapper). water, or cornflour / cornstarch with water 🫔 Steps Pat-dry fruits with kitchen towel, then slice thinly. (thick slices need bigger wraps). Dip & coat the fruit in brown sugar . Wrap in lumpia wrapper. Wet the end with water or or cornflour / cornstarch mixture. One last roll to seal the turon. Line in baking paper, space them well -- do not overcrowd. Sprinkle with more brown sugar (optional). Preheat airfryer 5minutes at 160°. Bake turon 10mins 160° in the airfryer. Flip turon. Bake turon for 13mins 160°. Take out from airfryer....

🔆 Easy, easy on Sunday mornings... 🎶🎵 Tried this breezy banana pancake for a nutritious and butter-yummy energy boost.💪 As long as there is butter , i'm sold.😋E ven if there's ripe banana,  butter is life  ! 👌 🥞 Ingredients 2-3 large bananas overripe (optional) 2 eggs. Flour.  1 cup Sugar. 1 tbsp Salt. 3/4 tsp Baking Powder. 1.5 tsp Milk. 1 cup Butter. melted 2 tbsp 🥞 Steps for Batter In a mixing bowl... Mash peeled bananas finely with a fork. Add dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Add eggs. Whisk. Add milk. Whisk. Add melted butter, whisk. Whisk more for airy fluffy pancake. 🥞 Steps for Pancake In a shallow pan, on low to medium heat,  add a wee butter and olive oil. Add a dollop of butter- portion size to your liking, cute minis or huge ones. Flip to the other side when the air bubbles start to form on the pancake. Ants apparently hate cinnamon.🐜 CinnamOn???! Cmon, what's not to love? I am soooooo glad i'm not an ant. 😅 Below are some snaps of this beautiful kitchen adventure...  🥐 Tips: In SG heat, additional 1/4 to the original APF called for in the recipe, so that dough is not sticky. Flatten the dough some more, about 30 by 20 cm? Filling should not be runny, but PASTY. So, can make it ahead, but make sure its at room temperature, not melted.  it can be easily spread out, and will make the roll stick. Roll TIGHTLY, yes pls follow instruction!☝️ Middle rack, 150C, top heat? then 170C last 2 mins?  That was fun. Alright, round 2 next time!!
