I am soooooo glad i'm not an ant. 😅
Below are some snaps of this beautiful kitchen adventure...
🥐 Tips:
- In SG heat, additional 1/4 to the original APF called for in the recipe, so that dough is not sticky.
- Flatten the dough some more, about 30 by 20 cm?
- Filling should not be runny, but PASTY.
- So, can make it ahead, but make sure its at room temperature, not melted. it can be easily spread out, and will make the roll stick.
- Roll TIGHTLY, yes pls follow instruction!☝️
- Middle rack, 150C, top heat? then 170C last 2 mins?
