Tips:
*In SG heat, additional 1/4 to the original APF called for in the recipe, so that dough is not sticky.
*Flatten the dough some more, about 30 by 20 cm?
*filling should not be runny, but PASTY.
So, can make it ahead, but make sure its at room temperature, not melted. it can be easily spread out, and will make the roll stick.
*roll TIGHTLY, yes pls follow instruction!☝️
*middle rack, 150C, top heat? then 170C last 2 mins?
