The mouthwatering aroma and just THAT taste.
So simple, yet so very very tasty.
Tip:
Prepare all tools and ingredients ahead. This requires speed cooking :-p.

- A wide enough pan to flip the omelette.

Ingredients
- cooking oil (high smoking point for frying, like canola oil or grapeseed oil)
- eggs scrambled with fish sauce & pepper
- spring onion, minced
Sauce:
Chili sweet sour or thai sauce
