🎣 Salmon & Garlickety

A classic song... 🎡Like a bridge over troubled water... 🎢🎡 by Simon & Garfunkel. And this, a classic dish.. i've monikered Salmon & Garlickety .  Salmon!  Garlic!  Butter! πŸ˜„ with Salt & Pepper! πŸ‘ The magic 3   performed on the cooking stage. πŸŽ™️ What a perfect rendition, seasoned so well together, tugging at my tummy's heartstrings. 🎢🎡 🎣 Tools Shallow pan & flat ladle 🎣 Ingredients Salmon, deboned, patted dry. Garlic, crushed, skin on (slice off the ends) Salt Pepper Butter Spinach, Parsley, or Broccoli 🎣 Steps Sprinkle salmon with salt & pepper. On a shallow pan on high heat first, add butter. Add each salmon, skin down to sizzle & roast. Leave untouched for a few minutes as it sizzles away and caramelize. Whilst, add the garlic bulbs. Cover with grease splash lid. Flip the salmon gently, to cook the other side. Flip yhe garlic too. Add more butter as needed. Add some greens- spinach or parsley. Place on a plate. Serve with warm bro...

Steamed Eggs DeLite

Protein for the day.  No cooking oil, just water. Healthy & easy. Pretty too!  πŸ₯š Tools & Ingredients All you need are: Eggs Water Shallow pan with lid Steam cups / ramekins Preferred toppings- salt, pepper, chili flakes πŸ₯š Steps On medium heat, pour water enough to cover the steam cups 1/3 of the way. Wait for the water to boil in the shallow pan. Crack each egg into the steam cups. Once the water is boiling, carefully place the steam cups into the pan. Cover with lid. Steam for 3 minutes for soft boiled runny eggs, or 6 minutes for well-cooked eggs. With a strainer ladle, remove the cups, and let cool for a wee bit. Serve as is in cups or without, either way its delish! Enjoy! Here's one we enjoyed on a weekeeeeend brunch. After the steam bath! ♨️
