Boil 250g pork in water with pinch of salt & bay leaves. 2. Drain water & set aside meat to cool for a bit. 3. Roughly chop meat. 4 Heat oil in frying pan. 5 Saute garlic & half of minced onion in oil. 6 Add chopped meat . 7 Mix in 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp vinegar / lime / 🍋 lemon 8 Cook until meat is browned & a bit CRISPY . 7 Add tuna & some of its sauce. 8 Add carrots. 🥕 9 Add BELLPePPER.
