Black pepper. Cooking wine. 1 pk chicken thigh. 2 tbsp water. 🍲 Steps- Marinate Add all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl . Mix well. In the pot apppropriate for cooking, add the meat to marinate. Pour on the marinade, mix well and massage into the meat's every nook & cranny. Cover with plastic wrap. Keep in the fridge for at most 24hours. 🍲 Steps- Cook Take out the pot from fridge, and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
