🥦 Creamed Brocolli 💚 wo ai ni🥦

Broc - co - li. I 💚 u. Je'taime, Te Amo, Aishteru. Ich li bi di. Iniibig kita. Wo ai ni. We used to call them  little trees  and  we had fun playing pretend as hungry Giants who munched on these miniature greens. 😋. Broccoli is nutrients-rich --  vitamins C & K are just tip of the vits-berg.  I'm definitely glad  *everyone*  in my family loves this even now. Perfectly simmered broccs taste wonderful with just salt & pepper.😋 But another spin was to indulge in it with bechamel sauce. Here was one Valentine's Day lunch at home, with broccoli the star ✳️ for this meal.  Never fails, always a hit in the fam.🎯 🥦 Tools   Pot a bit deep for simmering & to make the sauce. Ladle. Tuna Slop 🐟

  I call this the Tuna Slop because it can look sloppy.😅  For those days so rushed you just have to do it this way to make sure everyone's tummy is fed on time, while doing other urgent things too! Just throw in the ingredients one by one, no worries about how it looks.  Sloppy but yummy! how to boil sweet corn

cooked sweet corn: golden yellow ✨!  🌽 Steps  In a deep enough pot, boil water, enough to cover all corn. Add 2 tsp salt. Boil sweet corn w/o husk for 4-7 mins. Remove corn from pot, and gently shake off the water. Serve and enjoy! Lone corn before boiling: just yellow.
