Tuna Slop 🐟

I call this the Tuna Slop because it can look sloppy.😅

For those days so rushed you just have to do it this way to make sure everyone's tummy is fed on time, while doing other urgent things too!

Just throw in the ingredients one by one, no worries about how it looks.

Sloppy but yummy!

Protein, Carbs, Calcium, Lycopene. ✔️

I'm sold! 👍👍

Serve warm immediately, or it can also be served after being chilled for an hour (if in a rush 30 mins in the chiller will do.) The kids preferred without onions, so I always exclude it. Pair with some nicely fried food, like Japanese sausages, or chicken nuggets; world peace over dinner is hugely important. 💡 Inspired by: Ochikeron & Just One Cookbook
