I wanted a homemade Yuzu Sauce... But this turned out just a bit like one.
So let's call it (my) Dark Yuzu Sauce instead.😉
Aromatic, tangy, bit salty, and with a bit of a kick from the chilis!🍋🍋🟩🌶️
Ingredients:
Soy sauce (alternative to tamari)
Lemon juice (alternative to Yuzu)
Water
Salt
Sugar
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
Steps:
Mix, whisk in a bowl.
Pour to sauce dish.
Serve with your greens and proteins, or whatever floats your boat. 👌
